PT. Hanwa Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administration Staff to support our daily operational and sales administration activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, documents, and coordination in a structured business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales contracts and quotations for the marketing team
Issue invoices and delivery orders through system
Arrange and monitor material shipment schedules
Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records
Prepare periodic administrative reports accurately and on time
Requirements
Good command of English (spoken & written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Able to work carefully, accurately, and consistently
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
