Sales Staff – Steel Trading

Location : Sudirman, Jakarta

PT. Hanwa Indonesia (Trading Company in Steel, Food, Energy & Material Industry) is seeking a results-driven Sales Staff to drive business growth in the steel industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Immediately take charge of sales operations 
• Analyze steel market developments to identify growth opportunities
• Gather and evaluate market intelligence from multiple sources
• Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
• Ensure product quality control through regular inspections
• Expand customer base by negotiating and closing deals
• Coordinate with admin teams to track shipments and resolve payment delays 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Importantly, prior experience in the steel industry (trading or distributor background preferred) 
• At least able to speak English for daily communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Highly motivated, logical thinker, and quick learner
• Strong social skills, consistent performance, and loyalty
