We’re Hiring: Administration Staff

Location: Sudirman, Jakarta

PT. Hanwa Indonesia (Trading Company – Steel, Food, Energy & Materials)

 

PT. Hanwa Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administration Staff to support our daily operational and sales administration activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, documents, and coordination in a structured business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales contracts and quotations for the marketing team
  • Issue invoices and delivery orders through system
  • Arrange and monitor material shipment schedules
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records
  • Prepare periodic administrative reports accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Good command of English (spoken & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Able to work carefully, accurately, and consistently
  • Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
